Capula celebrates latest cohort of graduate apprentices

Industrial automation and digital solutions specialist Capula is proudly celebrating the achievements of seven apprentices who have successfully completed their degree apprenticeships with Staffordshire University and Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NCSG). Their success highlights the talent, dedication and commitment that continues to drive Capula's apprenticeship programme.

This year's graduates include Conor O'Sullivan, Lewis Redhead and Will Knight, who each achieved First Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions. The programme is TechSkills UK Gold-accredited, ensuring students develop a strong blend of business, technology, project and professional skills. This well-rounded foundation enables graduates to make a meaningful contribution to the business from the outset.

Dan Furnival achieved a First-Class Honours degree in BEng (Hons) Electrical & Electronics Engineering, while Dominika Karpinska, Ben Mountford and Sean Hawthorne Pujana each graduated with an impressive 2:1 in BEng (Hons) Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Capula is also celebrating the continued progression of engineering apprentices Ruby Cork and James Burton who are studying at Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NCSG). Having successfully completed Levels 2 and 3 in their Engineering Fitter Apprenticeships, Ruby will begin Level 3 and James will progress to Level 4 in September.

These achievements reflect the dedication, hard work and determination shown by the apprentices throughout their studies as they balanced academic success with valuable workplace experience and contributions to projects across the business.
