Capula triumphs at Costain awards
Capula and partners Adsyst, have been recognised as ‘Supply Chain Partner of the Year’ at Costain’s awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of talented individuals and exceptional project teams. Costain’s annual event took place this year at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, The Making of Harry Potter and over 1500 nominations were received for the 9 award categories.
The Capula and Adsyst award related to the successful completion of survey works for Thames Water’s complex and obsolete telemetry controllers across their London network.
“We’re pleased to have won this award and to have been able to provide Thames Water with an accurate picture of their complete network infrastructure,” said Mark Hardy. “The approach to split the activities systematically into local geographical locations between Adsyst and Capula meant the project was carried out very efficiently, over the course of just a few months.”
Alex Vaughan, Managing Director of Natural Resources at Costain said, “I’m so pleased that you and your team received this recognition for the great work you have done in supporting us by using technology to meet Thames Water’s critical outcomes.”
The output of the project included a comprehensive set of findings that captured Capula and Adsyst’s combined investigations and provided the client with recommendations for a replacement London wide solution architecture using telemetry enabled PLCs.
