New appointment for Capula’s nuclear business
Capula, part of the Imtech group, has seen sustained growth in our dedicated nuclear focused business stream. Recent major project awards at Sellafield on its multi-million pound decommissioning framework, as well as other major contracts within the defence area have underpinned this performance. This market sector continues to show significant opportunity and as a consequence we are pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Pyne as Business Development Manager within the nuclear sector.
Ben is an experienced business development professional with over 15 years’ technical, business development, marketing and management experience gained whilst working for a diverse range of companies specialising in process automation from large corporate organisations such as ABB, to SME’s based both in the UK and Europe.
“Ben joins the business at an exciting time and this appointment supports our intention to continue delivering sustained growth within the nuclear sector”, commented Natalie Smalley, Capula’s Nuclear Business Manager. “I’m delighted Ben is joining the team and confident he will help us leverage future opportunities and strengthen our position as a leading systems integrator.”
Capula’s automation control and real-time IT solutions support the full life cycle of nuclear energy from new build to waste management and decommissioning. Our nuclear and automation expertise is also applied by clients specialising in innovative R & D projects and within the defence sector where we deploy our considerable experience in helping clients optimise their operations.
