Attracting, developing and retaining engineers of the future

What is an Apprenticeship?

At Capula we are committed to ‘growing our own’ and attracting, developing and retaining engineers of the future. An apprenticeship combines academic study with practical experience at work, to gain a nationally recognised qualification, without the student debt.

What do we offer?

We offer fully funded Apprenticeships at Level 3 and Higher Apprenticeships at Level 4 and 6, taking between three and a half and five years to complete. We offer apprenticeships in digital, engineering and business disciplines. Our programmes provide apprentices with real roles and responsibilities and support from experts across our business. We have teamed up with both Newcastle and Stafford College Group (NSCG) and University of Staffordshire, where our Apprentices will spend their time studying, alongside putting this learning into practice within our business.

Recently we successfully achieved the Silver standard 'Aspiring for Excellence' status as part of the Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation, backed by Make UK and delivered by Next Gen Makers.

This recognition reflects our commitment to developing future talent and continuously improving our apprenticeship programme.
