Paul Bayliss, Operations Director
Capula Operations Director, Paul Bayliss, has recently achieved Fellowship of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – a leading international measure of excellence – which firmly establishes Paul in his profession amongst a select group of people in the UK.
Paul has been well supported throughout his Fellowship application by both Capula and its Imtech Group parent, and Paul is the first within the Group to achieve this professional mark of distinction.
Commenting on his achievement, Paul said: “Achieving this internationally recognised standard is a significant milestone in my career.
I have worked hard to demonstrate my experience and professional characteristics to this standard, and I’m proud to be a part of a select group of RICS professionals”.
Gautier Jacob, CEO, Imtech Group said: “We are working hard to promote the RICS accreditation as a key professional and international measure of excellence across our business and have 15 people working to achieve this standard.
As a Fellow Paul is an excellent ambassador of the RICS profession, and is already supporting our current cohort with their own applications, providing them with insight and learnings from his own experiences”.
Paul continues his professional development, currently completing his Executive Masters in Business Management (MBA) at Warwick University, and will be submitting his research project Capula Executing Digital Growth in July 2021.
