Capula Junior Engineer Wins Student of the Year at Newcastle College Graduation Ceremony
Capula is proud to shine a spotlight on Caitlin Howells, Junior Engineer, who has recently graduated from Newcastle College with a Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering qualification.
Caitlin was awarded with the Student of the Year award at her graduation ceremony, a testament to her exceptional dedication and consistently positive attitude throughout her apprenticeship.
This accolade reflects Caitlin’s outstanding commitment to her studies and her growing impact within Capula’s Energy team, where she is already contributing to key national infrastructure projects.
Reflecting on her experience, Caitlin shared:
“My apprenticeship has been an incredible experience. I’ve had the chance to work on real projects, learn from experienced engineers and challenge myself in ways I never expected. Winning Student of the Year was a huge honour and something I’ll always be proud of.”
