Capula teaming up with EDF Energy at edie live

Capula will be exhibiting alongside EDF Energy at edie live 2019 in Birmingham next week. The exhibition will take place at the NEC on 21st and 22nd May and aims to connect energy and sustainability professionals with the information they need to make their businesses more sustainable.

EDF Energy are co-sponsoring the event and will have a presence in the Innovation Theatre, workshops, hackathon and advice clinics. Vincent de Rul, Director of Energy Solutions at EDF Energy will present on the on the topic ‘Innovation for energy and sustainability through products’ on Day 1 in the Innovation Theatre, where he will share insights on how changes to flexible energy management can benefit businesses on their low carbon journey.

On the stand we will we be showcasing our portfolio of flexible solutions including, the innovative PowerShift technology; EDF Energy and Capula’s collaboratively developed software and control solution for driving efficiency and cost savings.

Capula engineers will also be on hand to take part in the exhibition’s live hackathon where teams of hackers and tech experts unite to solve real-world problems. By providing advice to utilities and service providers and consumers, the hackathon aims to facilitate the shift towards more environmentally and socially sustainable and robust business systems.
