Capula’s 2025 Social Value & Responsibility Report
At Capula, we recognise the difference we make and the responsibility that comes with it. This year’s report reflects our continued commitment to creating positive outcomes for our people, our communities and the wider society we support.
Rooted in our values – People First, Better Together, Trusted Partners and Taking Responsibility – it highlights how we are turning ambition into action and delivering meaningful, lasting impact.
Aligned with our parents Dalkia UK and EDF, we are proud to support the UK’s energy transition while continuing to act responsibly in the communities where we operate.
Highlights from 2025 include:
- A 20% reduction in carbon emissions year-on-year
- 87% of the business received behavioural safety training
- Over 43% of volunteering hours dedicated to environmental activities
- 100% of employees with career development plans in place
