Capula’s EveryONE network recognised at this years Dalkia International Victoires Awards

Capula was recently recognised for the launch of its EveryONE employee network at the Dalkia International Victoires celebration in Paris.

Nominated in the Engagement category, which celebrates projects that demonstrate a strong social commitment, EveryONE was selected from 15 other entries across multiple categories to present at the Group audition.

Capula established EveryONE in 2024, building on the success of the Women’s Network and other interested communities. Designed to provide a single yet collective voice for underrepresented groups, EveryONE is now an embedded platform where employees can share their experiences on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion related topics.

Commenting on the award, Simon Coombs, Managing Director said “I was pleased to represent Capula and collect this award. I am extremely proud of my EveryONE team and all employees who have helped develop this initiative not only for our company, but also now rolling out across Dalkia UK.”
