We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Kris Bradshaw, as he joins our team as Sales and Marketing Director.
Kris has over 20 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, project delivery and services businesses in the nuclear sector and other highly regulated industries.
Appointed as Capula’s Sales & Marketing Director in Autumn 2021, Kris joins from Nuvia where he held Company Executive and Board level roles across Marketing and Business Development, following his rapid progression from his initial role as Business Development Manager for Reactor New Build.
Speaking on his arrival, Kris said:

A Chartered Physicist, Kris began his career in 1999 as a graduate computational physicist with BNFL at Sellafield, before becoming a specialist in nuclear waste management. Joining Rolls-Royce in 2007, Kris moved into Key Account Management, Sales and Business Development, and helped to spin out its Civil Nuclear business from the Submarines Division.
In 2012 Kris completed a year-long secondment with the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) in UK Government, leading the Nuclear Supply Chain and Skills policy area.
A Trustee of The Nuclear Industry Benevolent Fund, Kris is passionate about maximising value from Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the benefit of the communities in which a business operates and is keen to drive this agenda at Capula.
