Capula wins Employer of the Year at Staffordshire University Apprenticeships Celebration Evening
Industrial automation and control systems integrator for digital solutions Capula was triumphant at Staffordshire University Apprenticeship Celebration Evening, winning Employer of the Year.
The evening celebrated achievements of those who have excelled in Higher and Degree Apprenticeship courses and Staffordshire businesses with contributions and successes awarded across 8 different categories.
Steve Tellwright, Capula’s People and Quality Director celebrated alongside Leanne Barrow, Capula’s Resource Planner and said, “This is a terrific achievement for Capula and demonstrates our commitment to our apprenticeship programmes. Over the last few years, Capula has continued to improve our training and support for our apprentices.
It is fantastic to watch our apprentices develop into bright, confident individuals that succeed in their respected specialism, most recently seeing Alex Wixon, Graduate Engineer BSc (Hons) win Apprentice of the Year at the Staffordshire University Business Awards”.
The evening also saw Maria Arapi, Junior Engineer at Capula who is completing a Digital Technology and Solutions Degree at Staffordshire University take to the stage and share her experiences.
