National Grid’s RIIO-T2 Light Current Equipment (LCE) Framework Agreement

Capula selected as a strategic supplier in National Grid’s RIIO-T2 Light Current Equipment (LCE) Framework Agreement

Industrial control and automation systems specialists Capula selected on three lots to support National Grid, with lots covering protection and control capabilities.

Framework supports National Grid in the delivery of the UK’s future energy system.

Capula has been selected by National Grid as one of its key strategic suppliers on their RIIO-T2 Light Current Equipment Framework (LCE) Framework, providing specialist support in delivering essential improvements and upgrades to their national critical substation infrastructure.

This multi-year framework is for the design, manufacture, testing and commissioning of Light Current Equipment to the highest cyber security standards for National Grid’s high voltage substations and will see Capula listed as a strategic supplier for 3 lots, which include protection and control solutions.
