EveryONE Employee Network
Following on from the success and development of Capula’s Women’s Network, we evolved our Network offering to build a more collaborative and inclusive environment with representation from wider minority groups.
The EveryONE employee network run face to face and virtual events, discussing challenging topics, provide advice and act as a support network to anyone who needs it. The network celebrated International Women’s Day and sponsors National Inclusion Week and International Men’s Day. It allows representation from wider minority groups to share, inspire and develop actionable plans that will deliver even greater change to respond to our evolving employee needs. Our employee network gives everyone a platform and a voice to discuss ED&I topics regularly, openly and with positive effect.
In 2023, we announced our partnership with the Women’s Engineering Society. The partnership will allow us to showcase the inspiring work we do to attract the next generation of female engineers and support our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I).
Furthermore in 2023, Capula announced its membership to Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), a network that aims to integrate and build a better workplace for Neurodivergent people. We are continually looking at ways to improve our workplace environment and are committed to supporting equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) initiatives that ensure an improved understanding and awareness across our company and that everyone is treated and represented fairly.
